3. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and fulfil your orders through partner shops.
  • To communicate order confirmations, status updates and support responses.
  • To personalise your experience and show relevant shops and products.
  • To improve the Platform, analyse usage trends and fix issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.
  • To send service updates and, with your consent, offers and promotions.

4. Sharing of Information

We share your name, phone number and delivery details with the partner shop fulfilling your order, only to the extent needed to complete it.

We may share data with service providers (payment gateways, SMS/WhatsApp notification providers, hosting and analytics providers) under confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Platform.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, and thereafter as required by law (e.g., tax and accounting records). You may request deletion of your account at any time.
