Disclaimer

1. General

The information and services on Colony Kart ("Platform"), operated by Tekedu Solutions, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the Platform accurate and reliable, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about completeness, accuracy, reliability or availability.

2. Marketplace Role

Colony Kart is a marketplace platform connecting customers with independent local shops ("Partner Shops"). Products are listed, priced, packed and sold by Partner Shops. Colony Kart does not manufacture, stock or directly sell any products, and is not the seller of record.

Product details — including descriptions, images, weights, prices, availability, nutritional information and expiry dates — are provided by Partner Shops or their suppliers. Colony Kart does not independently verify this information and is not responsible for inaccuracies.

3. Product Information & Images

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual packaging, appearance and size may differ. Weights for loose or fresh items (fruits, vegetables, etc.) are approximate and may vary at billing.

Always check the physical product label for ingredients, allergens, nutritional values, manufacturing and expiry dates before consumption — especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices and offers displayed are set by Partner Shops and may change without notice. In case of a pricing error, the Partner Shop reserves the right to cancel the order; any payment made will be refunded in full.

Product availability shown on the Platform is indicative and not guaranteed until the Partner Shop confirms your order.

5. Delivery & Timelines

Delivery and pickup timelines are estimates only and may be affected by shop workload, weather, traffic or other conditions beyond our control. Colony Kart is not liable for delays.

6. Health & Safety

Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical, nutritional or dietary advice. Consult a qualified professional for health-related questions. Consumption of products purchased through the Platform is at your own risk and discretion.

7. External Links & Services

The Platform may link to third-party websites or services (e.g., WhatsApp, payment gateways). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tekedu Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform or products purchased through Partner Shops, including but not limited to product defects, service interruptions, or data loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
